About Post : The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for the recruitment of Probationary Officers (PO) and Management Trainees (MT) in 11 participating Public Sector Banks. The IBPS PO/MT-XVI Recruitment 2026 aims to fill vacancies expected to arise during the financial year 2027–28.

Candidates intending to appear for the examination should familiarize themselves with the recruitment schedule released by IBPS. As per the tentative calendar, the selection process comprises Online Registration, Preliminary Examination, Main Examination, Personality Test, and Interview. The gap of approximately three months between the registration process and the Main Examination provides aspirants with adequate time to enhance their preparation after qualifying the Preliminary Examination. Applicants are advised to follow the official schedule and complete each stage of the recruitment process within the prescribed timelines.
